    Description

The City of Atlanta, on behalf of the Atlanta Police Department (APD) Code Enforcement Section, will shortly undergo a Multi-Step Sealed Bid process comprised of a prequalification phase as the initial step, followed by an Invitation for Bid (IFB), towards the procurement of qualified contractors to provide citywide clean and close services. These services include nuisance property cleanup, debris removal, securing unsafe structures, salvage reconciliation, and regulatory compliance documentation in accordance with City Code and applicable state law. Interested vendors must demonstrate a minimum of three (3) consecutive years of recent experience performing clean and close services (including debris removal, property securing, and nuisance abatement), provide five (5) professional references and three (3) years of financial statements, maintain sufficient staffing and fully owned equipment (no rentals), and comply with all applicable City of Atlanta codes, environmental regulations, permitting, and disposal documentation requirements while supporting as-needed, citywide service delivery. A Pre-Solicitation Conference will be noticed and held to provide more details and address questions. Hope to see you there.
