The City of Atlanta on behalf of the Department of Aviation (DOA), will shortly undergo a Multi¿Step Sealed Bid process comprised of a prequalification phase as the initial step, followed by an Invitation for Bid (IFB) towards the procurement of on¿call general services supporting facilities maintenance, repair, and minor construction across both airside and landside areas at Hartsfield¿Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The Department of Aviation seeks firms with the capability and expertise to provide multi¿trade support, rapid¿response services, and operationally sensitive maintenance that upholds the safety, reliability, and compliance requirements of active airport environments. The City¿s expectation is that selected vendor(s) will deliver timely, well¿coordinated, and high¿quality services that ensure uninterrupted airport operations, maintain adherence to FAA Part 139 and TSA Part 1542 standards, and provide consistent support for critical airport infrastructure. Vendors with demonstrated experience performing work within secure airside areas, sustaining adequate staffing levels, and supporting both planned and urgent maintenance needs are strongly encouraged to participate. A Pre¿Solicitation Conference will be publicly noticed and held to provide additional information on the upcoming solicitation, outline anticipated requirements, and address vendor questions.
