The City reserves the right to award multiple vendors determined to be responsible and responsive. Interested and qualified vendors must demonstrate the ability to provide rapid emergency response services, including snow and ice pretreatment, deicing, snow plowing, snow hauling, non-hazardous debris removal, and related disaster response support. Vendors must have the required licenses, certifications, insurance, equipment, trained operators, supervisory capacity, and operational readiness to mobilize within required timelines and perform services in compliance with applicable local, state, and federal requirements.
