    Description

The City of Atlanta, on behalf of the Department of Watershed Management, will shortly undergo a Multi-Step Competitive Sealed Bidding process comprised of an initial qualification phase followed by an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the procurement of qualified vendors to provide Trojan UV disinfection system parts, related components, and maintenance services for the City¿s existing ultraviolet disinfection infrastructure. The scope includes the supply of parts, equipment, and services necessary to maintain, replace, and repair equipment associated with the operation of the Trojan UV4000 and Trojan SIGNA UV Disinfection Systems. Interested vendors must demonstrate that they are a Trojan Industries manufacturer-certified representative, distributor, or authorized provider of ultraviolet disinfection system replacement parts and must be capable of supplying manufacturer-certified or manufacturer-approved parts for use with Trojan Technologies ultraviolet disinfection systems. Vendors must also demonstrate the ability to provide responsive maintenance and repair services, including troubleshooting, component replacement, hardware replacement, operator interface replacement, emergency service response, and technical support. Vendors should have the personnel, equipment, inventory access, and technical capacity to support expedited parts delivery, provide emergency on-site service within four (4) hours of request, and maintain system performance for critical wastewater disinfection operations. A Pre-Solicitation Conference will be noticed and held to provide more details and address questions. Hope to see you there.
