DEGA will be the contracting party; however, the final work product will be used by and/or made available for use by the City of Detroit. The Scope of Services that are subject to this RFP will be funded, in part, by Community Development Block Grant (“CDBG”) Pathways to Removing Obstacles to Housing (“PRO Housing”) program is administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”), and all Services performed pursuant to this RFP must comply with 2 CFR Part 200 and 24 CFR Part 570, and applicable state and local law, including but not limited to applicable regulations set forth in Section IV of this RFP.
