Bids will be opened and publicly read in the Polk County Purchasing Office at 11:00 a.m. on the deadline date. The subject bids are scheduled to be awarded in the Commissioners Court session to be held on Tuesday, August 25, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. The Polk County Commissioners’ Court reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid deemed to serve the best interest of the County.
