Church, Suite 120 - Livingston, Texas 77351 prior to 10:30 a.m. on Monday, August 17, 2026. Bids will be opened and publicly read in the Polk County Purchasing Office at 11:00 a.m. on the deadline date. The subject bids are scheduled to be awarded in the Commissioners Court session to be held on Tuesday, August 25, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. The Polk County Commissioners’ Court reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid deemed to serve the best interest of the County.
