    Pierce County is soliciting Qualifications from firms interested in providing a preliminary engineering design for County Road Project, CRP 5113. The qualified firm will design pedestrian improvements along 216th Street E from Eustis-Hunt Road E to 109th Avenue E (see Exhibit A).  The project is funded through State Legislative appropriations and improvements will consist of ADA compliant concrete sidewalks and curb ramps along the south side of 216th Street East and a pedestrian activated crossing signal at the 216th Street East / Eustis-Hunt Road E intersection.
