These five wells will be drilled in the southern portion of Chula Vista and will produce water from the San Diego Formation. It is anticipated the wells will produce approximately 1,000 gpm each. As part of this study, the Authority will also construct a zone sample well at one of the selected well sites in order to understand water quality and quantity within the aquifer.
