A list of prequalified subcontractors and general contractors will be provided to all prequalified bidders following the prequalification process. Prequalified filed sub-bid subcontractors and General Contractors only shall be allowed to submit bids. Sealed statement of qualifications will be received at the City of Westfield, 59 Court Street – Room 101, Westfield, Massachusetts at the times specified below.
