    Description

    UConn Health (UCH) will be renovating approximately 1,200 square feet of the main floor hospital located in the Connecticut Tower (Building H) at 263 Farmington Ave. Farmington, CT including the renovation of existing space to accommodate installation of a new PETCT system and supporting spaces. The spaces will receive layout modifications, new finishes, millwork, imaging equipment, hot lab and modified MEPs. Applicants must be prequalified by the Department of Administrative Services (DAS), for the Classification of GENERAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION (GROUP C) to participate in this Prequalification Application.
