Pressure Washing Services

The City of Orlando (“City”) and the Downtown Orlando Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Orlando (“CRA”) are seeking a qualified Contractor to perform power washing services for various City locations on an as-needed basis. The City anticipates selecting one contractor to perform the services. Proposals are requested from firms that have a demonstrated ability to perform the tasks as described herein. The scope of work shall include, but is not limited to: pressure cleaning of sidewalks, pavers, curbs and gutters, signs, and other structures and areas as requested by CRA and City staff.

Evaluation Criteria

• Experience & Qualifications (35 pts) —

  This criteria will include, but will not be limited to, evaluation of the information submitted in response to Submittal 8.15. Experience & Qualifications.

• Sustainability Practices (10 pts) —

  This criteria will include, but will not be limited to, proposer’s approach to minimizing environmental impact and commitment to promoting sustainable practices.  

• Personnel, Project Management & Staffing (10 pts) —

  This criteria will include, but will not be limited to, proposer’s availability of personnel and ability of organization to accommodate routine work and special requests as needed.

• Technical Approach & Methodology (23 pts) —

  This criterion will include, but will not be limited to, the statements of the proposer's approach to performing pressure washing services, including Maintenance of Traffic (MOT).

• Veteran Business Enterprise (2 pts) —

  This criteria will include, but will not be limited to, evaluation of the information submitted in response to Attachment “F.”

• Veteran Business Enterprise participation in subcontracts (10 pts) —

  This criteria will include, but will not be limited to, evaluation of the information submitted in response to Attachment “F.”

• Price Proposal (20 pts) —

  This criteria will include, but will not be limited to, evaluation of the pricing information submitted.

Submission Requirements

• ADDENDUM RECEIPT VERIFICATION (required) —

  Respondents must acknowledge all issued addenda by confirming below. Failure to acknowledge may result in a non-responsive submittal.

  The failure of a Respondent to submit/confirm acknowledgment of any addenda that affects price(s), is considered a major irregularity and will be cause for rejection of the Submittal.
