    The City is seeking “fixed, firm proposals” from qualified contractors to provide routine electrical maintenance services at El Estero Water Resource Center pertaining to preventive maintenance and testing of primary distribution systems, substations and motor control centers for the list of equipment included in Section 5.5 of the attached RFB. The lump sum bid will include all costs necessary to complete this project in accordance with these specifications.
