Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid. A Mandatory site visit will be held on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 9:00 AM EST. Interested bidders are to sign in at the main entrance. Site visit registration can be accomplished by completing and sending the Site Visit Registration Form (Attachment B of the IFB) no later than April 27, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST. Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Tuesday, May 5, by 3:00 PM EST per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and Answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, by May 12, 2026. Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM EST on Tuesday, May 19, 2026. Please check the Contract Reporter website frequently for updates. Any documentation regarding this procurement will be posted. Minority and Women Business Enterprises (MWBE) Participation Goals for this contract have been set at: MBE – 16%; WBE – 14%.
