Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that must be used to submit your bid. A mandatory site visit will be held at the facility on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at 11:00am ET. Site visit registration can be accomplished by completing and sending the Site Visit Registration Form (Attachment B of the IFB) no later than Monday, January 26, 2026 at 3:00pm ET. Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Tuesday, February 3, 2026 by 3:00pm ET per the instruction in the IFB. Questions and answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, by February 10, 2026. Bids are due no later than 3:00pm ET on Tuesday, February 17, 2026. Please check the Contract Report website frequently for updates. Any documentation regarding this procurement will be posted.
