The NYS Office of Mental Health and Mid-Hudson Forensic Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance of Building Management System (BMS) at Mid-Hudson Forensic Psychiatric Center located at 2834 Route 17-M, New Hampton, NY 10958 The Program Work Plan with Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Equipment List, Schedule Matrix, etc. is located in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid. A Mandatory site visit will be held on Monday, June 29, 2026, at 9:00 AM EST. Interested bidders are to sign in at the main entrance. Site visit registration can be accomplished by completing and sending the Site Visit Registration Form (Attachment B of the IFB) no later than June 28, 2026, by 3:00 PM EST. Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by July 7, by 3:00 PM EST per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and Answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, by July 14. Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM EST on July 21, 2026. Please check the Contract Reporter website frequently for updates. Any documentation regarding this procurement will be posted. There are no Minority and Women Business Enterprises (MWBE) Participation Goals for this contract.
