The NYS Office of Mental Health and Central New York Psychiatric Center are seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance of Generator & Ancillary Equipment at Central New York Psychiatric Center located at 9005 Old River Rd, Marcy, NY 13403. The Program Work Plan with Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Equipment List, Schedule Matrix, etc. is located in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid. A Mandatory site visit will be held on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 9:00 AM EST. Interested bidders are to sign in at the main entrance. Site visit registration can be accomplished by completing and sending the Site Visit Registration Form and Intent to Bid (Attachments B and B-1 of the IFB) no later than June 29, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST. Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by July 8, by 3:00 PM EST per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and Answers will be sent to all bidders attending the site visit, as well as posted to this ad, on July 15, 2026. Bids are due no later than 3:00 PM EST on Wednesday, July 22, 2026. Please check the Contract Reporter website frequently for updates. Any documentation regarding this procurement will be posted. Minority and Women Business Enterprises (MWBE) Participation Goals for this contract have been set at: MBE – 16%; WBE – 14%.
