We are currently seeking quotes from qualified MWBE firms. The primary Scope of Work (SOW) elements shall include but not be limited to: replacement of (29) General Passenger Elevators, (2) Freight Elevators, and (1) Vertical Platform Lift at 1 Centre Street, New York, NY and replacement of associated equipment in elevator machine rooms, removal of all existing motors for elevators 1 through 32, associated wiring and conduits, removal of all existing control panels, disconnect switches and transformers in elevator machine rooms, providing power, wiring, and conduits to new motors for all elevators and lifts and providing power connections for new AC Units in mechanical rooms. Additionally, there are specialized smoke doors and glazing, and terrazzo floors. Centre Street is a Landmark Building. Adequate protection is required to maintain the historic nature of the building, providing accessibility in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and all relevant laws, rules and regulations to all areas including, but not limited to, paths of travel.
