The benefit to the broader community includes the development of a highly skilled and engaged workforce that prioritizes delivering responsive and effective public services. In alignment with this commitment, the County of Marin is undertaking this Request for Proposal process as a step towards the expansion of services through a rich array of vendors to supplement these needs. Because of the many identified needs and focus areas; vendors will have the opportunity to submit proposals for any or all of the three subsections included within this proposal including: A. Coaching B. Organizational Development; and/or C. Training Department / Division: Human Resources - Learning & Organizational Division
