    Description

Scope This Statewide Contract is for Process Server Services to all 50 States. Process Server Service is a courier service that sends legal documents such as: summons, complaints, subpoenas, writs, court documents, child support, divorce papers, orders of protection, collection letters, etc., by hand. A process server is trained to find individuals and ensure that they are given notice of a legal action that is being taken against them. Purchasers may choose to use one vendor for all services within the county or use a combination of all awarded Contractors for their county. Services Include: Standard (completed within 45 days) Expedited (completed between 8-24 hours) Urgent (completed within 8 hours) Rush (completed within 5 days) Standby Rates are determined by county in which the service is being performed, not the location of the Purchaser. This contract includes subcontractors/authorized resellers/authorized distributors who are certified as WA State small, OMWBE, or Veteran-owned. Some contractors may have multiple certifications. See the links at the bottom of the page for all subcontractors and their certifications. Note: not all subcontractors/resellers/distributors are certified. How to Use this Contract 1.
