1GPA is a non-profit national governmental purchasing cooperative that enables members nationwide to use existing contracts for procuring goods and services. If you are a vendor looking to offer your products and services to our extensive network of members locally and across the U.S., respond to this solicitation for an opportunity. This allows our members to efficiently and cost-effectively purchase from local and national vendors.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) aims to establish a long-term contract with highly qualified contractor(s) capable of providing comprehensive procurement card expense monitoring, compliance review, and related support services as needed. It specifically excludes the development, hosting, or implementation of payment platforms or financial transaction processing systems.  The initial term of this cooperative contract will be for one (1) year with the potential of four (4) one-year extensions.
