Component 2: Technology Enablement and Integration - Integration of AI tools, automation technologies, and analytics to improve procurement efficiency, decision-making, and service delivery. This initiative supports SUNY’s strategic goals of improving operational efficiency, increasing adoption of procurement best practices, centralizing support resources, and enhancing visibility into system-wide procurement activity.
