Is it for smaller projects or is it for major additions or new build? A: Per the RFQ Attachment: The Kearney School District ("District") is seeking an Architectural and Engineering firm ("Architect" or "Consultant") to provide architect services for a variety of projects. Anticipated Bond projects to include, but not be limited to, ● Building Renovations at High School ● Annual Capital Planning Process (e.g. Mechanical, etc) ● Deferred Maintenance Projects ● Phase 2 of Stadium Renovation ● Softball/Baseball Field Complex ● Track & Field Throwing Reconfiguration ● Other projects which may be added as determined by the Kearney School District Board of Education and other projects as assigned by the District on an as needed basis.
