    The City of Pomona ("City") is seeking proposals ("Proposals") from qualified professional consultants (“Proposers”) for the implementation of the Coordinated Integrated Monitoring Plan (CIMP) and Watershed Management Plan (WMP) for the East San Gabriel Valley Watershed Management Group (“Project”) to meet the requirements of the 2021 National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System Permit (MS4 Permit) and future issuance of MS4 Permit.The City of Pomona is the lead agency for the Project. The consultant will be expected to cooperate with representatives from the participating agencies in the East San Gabriel Valley Watershed (Permittees) to implement the project. The agencies represented are the cities of Claremont, La Verne, Pomona, and San Dimas. The permittees have developed a CIMP and WMP, reports, Time Schedule Order (draft) and studies that are referenced in Attachment No. B. The consultant will be expected to utilize information from prior efforts as much as possible in achieving the objectives of the project.The National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System Permit (MS4 Permit) Order No. R4-2021-0105 establishes the waste discharge requirements for stormwater and non-stormwater discharges within the watersheds of Los Angeles County.
