The consultant will be expected to utilize information from prior efforts as much as possible in achieving the objectives of the project.The National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System Permit (MS4 Permit) Order No. R4-2021-0105 establishes the waste discharge requirements for stormwater and non-stormwater discharges within the watersheds of Los Angeles County.
