The Project is funded by two grants, with a local match, from the California Department of Transportation (“Caltrans”) Highway Safety Improvement Program (HSIP) (state only funds). The City is seeking a Consultant/Team for a two-year contract with proven expertise in design and engineering of curb ramps, and traffic signal installations and modifications.
