    Description

    The A&I Procurement Office will receive proposals for providing Professional Development (PD) and/or Technical Assistance (TA) targeted at the Wyoming Department of Education (WDE) Staff or local education agency (LEA) staff on a variety of special education related topics for the State of Wyoming,Department of Education (Agency) through the Public Purchase online bidding system. Proposals can be submitted for some or all items of the activities in the desired scope of work. Proposals are due no later than 2:00:00 P.M. (Mountain Time) on March 20, 2026. Questions must be submitted through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than 2:00 P.M. Mountain Time on, March 3, 2026. Questions submitted after this deadline may not be accepted or considered. All responses must be uploaded completely through the Public Purchase online bidding system no later than the 2:00:00 p.m. MT due date indicated in the document. If your submission has not completely uploaded by the 2:00:00 p.m. MT deadline, the Public Purchase system will lock and your response will be incomplete and deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process. It is the bidder/proposer’s responsibility to monitor Public Purchase for answers to questions, addenda, award information or other additional information related to the solicitation.
