    • Cost (30 pts)

      While cost is a significant factor in considering the placement of the awards, it is not the only factor.  The award will not be based on price alone, nor will it be based solely upon the lowest fees submitted. Pricing shall include all fees associated with services including travel, expenses, and any additional costs that may be incurred beyond the scope of work.

    • Method of Approach (20 pts)

      Districts assessment of the offeror provided method of approach.

    • Qualifications (20 pts)

      Provide general information about your firm including the location of the principal office and/or significant branch offices, which office would be directly responsible for the contract, if awarded, and number of years providing professional development services.  Include a summary of the firm’s qualifications and experience with similar types and sizes of engagement.  This summary must include your actual experience in successfully performing professional development services. 

    • Timeline (20 pts)

      A detailed timeline and calendar of expectation to successfully transform the governance model beginning August of 2026 and concluding in Spring 2027 to include at a minimum, three professional development sessions, including follow up.

    • References Letters (10 pts)

      Include a minimum of 3 reference letter from school boards.
