    The Gateway Development Commission (“GDC” or “Commission”) invites qualified law firms (“Firm” or “Proposer”) to submit Proposals to provide comprehensive legal services in support of the Commission and the Hudson Tunnel Project (“HTP” or “Project”) in accordance with the Scope of Work. Through this solicitation, GDC intends to add additional leagl firms, specializing in the practice areas of litigation and dispute resolution, employment and labor negotiations, environmental (NEPA support), and financial advice, bond counsel and lender litigation, and Disadvantaged and Small Business matters to its existing pool of legal service providers.
