The City of Gaithersburg operates 60+ facility and property sites, including 30+ buildings and 30+ parks, green spaces, and grounds (various City facilities). The City of Gaithersburg, Maryland intends to use this Solicitation to select and enter into a Time and Materials (T&M) contract with a qualified Contractor to provide painting, surface repair, surface preparation and treatment. Minor construction activities, such as construction of non-load bearing walls, gypsum board installation and finishing, wooden deck board repair/replacement, wooden fence walls repair/construction, etc. at various City facilities on an “as needed” basis.
