The Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA) is requesting statements of qualifications for the purpose of selecting Consultant(s) to provide On-Call Planning Services. The Consultant(s) will provide professional planning support services on an as-needed basis. All services required will be scoped by individual Task Orders issued by JAA. The selected Consultant(s) will be an external source of planning expertise and assistance to the Authority’s Planning Department which is responsible for planning at all four JAA airports.
NON-MANDATORY A Pre-Submission Conference will be held at 1:00 PM (EST), Monday, July 20, 2026 at the JAA Administration Building, 2nd Floor Training Room, 14201 Pecan Park Road, Jacksonville, FL 32218.
