Q (Planning RFP Questions): We look forward to crafting a response to RFP for Greenwood County's comprehensive plan. We'd like like to pose the following questions for clarification and to guide our response. 1. The RFP describes a "robust" level of public engagement. What is the expected number of in person public meetings for all phase (input, goal and plan formulation, and plan review)? 2. In how many county locations are these meetings to be conducted? 3. Does the project anticipate oversight from the planning commission or the appointment of a steering committee specifically devoted to the project? 4. When is the project expected to start and what the desired completion date? 5. Has a budget been established and if so, what level of resources are devoted to the project? 6. What staff person will be assigned to the project? Thank you. We look forward to the responses. Bob Barber, Founding Partner Orion Planning + Design
