To prepare for the upcoming 2026-27 STRIVE grant program, the Auburn Police Department (APD), as a member of the Cayuga County STRIVE Initiative, and per the requirements of the NYS DCJS funding is in need of a dedicated STRIVE Program Coordinator. Therefore, APD is looking for a long-term consultant agreement to carry out the STRIVE Project Coordinator requirements set to start April 1, 2026. APD is looking to engage a firm for an initial period of 1-year with the ability to renew the agreement for up to three (3) one (1) year extensions for a total engagement period of four (4) years. The STRIVE Program is funded through the State of New York with the standard grant terms and conditions. Please see Appendix B of the RFQ for contract goals of 30% MWBE participation. The STRIVE Program Coordinator is expected to be a part-time consulting position.
