    The NYS Office of General Services (OGS) on behalf of the OGS Office of Convention and Cultural Events (CCE), is seeking a qualified vendor to supply experienced, professional stage services personnel for various types of events sponsored by OGS CCE. Such titles include General Laborer, Stage Crew Supervisor, Stagehands, Stage Rigger, and Skilled Lighting, Sound and Video Technicians. All events are held at the Empire State Plaza (ESP) and the ESP Convention Center (ESPCC) in Albany, NY. Minimum qualification to bid on this opportunity is: Bidder must be a bonafide Professional Stage Services entity and have been in business for a minimum of two years. Temporary Service firms or brokers do not qualify to bid on this solicitation. Please refer to Section 1.3 Key Events of the IFB document for all mandatory event deadlines. Mandatory Site Visit is on May 7, 2026 at 10AM. Questions are due in writing by May 14, 2026.
