In addition to biotech and future health sciences training, the campus will offer business and IT programs, along with the Associate in Arts and Associate in Science degrees for university transfer. The master plan for development, shows three academic buildings on the 34-acre site. Included in Phase 1 will be site development, infrastructure installation, and the construction of one (1) new building (to be named Fujifilm Hall) at approximately 125,000 square feet. The 125,000-square-foot building will house campus operations such as Admissions, Financial Aid and a library. It will also feature space for specialized biotechnology and advanced manufacturing training to meet the growing needs of nearby biopharma and life sciences companies in Holly Springs and other parts of Wake County. The building will also be the hub for Entrepreneurship & Small Business Center resources and the home of the college's Simulation & Game Development program.
