Project Delivery Partners for Architecture Construction Projects

This Contract will provide Delivery Partners to assist Airport staff in delivering Architecture Construction Projects. The services will supplement Architecture staff resources and support the delivery of projects within scope, budget, and schedule.

Background

The Airport’s Design & Construction division’s Architecture staff lead and manage a broad portfolio of construction projects across the Airport campus, including: the Terminal 1 Boarding Area C Roof and Exterior Upgrades, Rental Car Center Improvements, West Campus Fitness Center, Airport-Wide Office Improvement projects in the Capital Improvement Plan, as well as various renovation projects.
