The San Francisco International Airport (Airport) is seeking proposals from qualified firms, teams, joint ventures, or other qualified business entities for Project Delivery Partners for the Terminal Upper-Level Viaduct Resurfacing Project (Project).

The Project will repair deteriorated pavement, leaking expansion joints, and damaged roadway barrier rails; modify portions of the Central Garage ramps; and improve pedestrian safety, accessibility, and curbside infrastructure through enhancements such as flashing beacons at terminal crosswalks and new bus shelters .
The scope of services for the contract will include design management and construction management services, project controls, contract administration, cost estimating services, scheduling services, and field inspections.
Proposals must be delivered to the Contract Administrator by the date and time identified in the Request for Proposals.
