Services are further described in Exhibit A-1 Scope of Work and Exhibit A-2 Scope of Work.Each proposal must cover services for both properties listed above. Proposers must submit one (1) proposal for both the Empire Migrant Housing Complex and the Family Housing Facility. Although both sites are included under one solicitation, there will be two (2) separate contracts – one (1) for each property. Therefore, please provide two (2) pricing proposals and budget narratives, one for each location.The successful Proposer must meet all the requirements and expectations set forth herein, as well as all the general contractual and insurance requirements mandated by the County (“Terms and Conditions). Terms and conditions may be modified through the RFP process.Proposers must thoroughly explain how their Proposal meets or exceeds the service and deliverable expectations specified in the RFP.
