The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following: Work consists of construction of a new potable water well pump house at the existing Columbia Lane Tank site. The well house shall consist of but not limited to a masonry structure, with a standing seam metal roof, a 500 HP motor, 4,000 gpm vertical turbine pump with a piping, valves, flow meter, bladder style surge tank, gas chlorination system, HVAC, electrical systems, including a natural gas emergency backup generator, control panels, sitework with grading, storm drain system, asphalt paving, and site restoration.
