PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT FOR COMMITTEE RESULTS FOR PRE-BID QUALIFICATIONS: RFP-26-94 HOGLE PAVING PROJECT

Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind (FSDB) and the Selection Committee sincerely appreciates the time, care, and effort employed by all respondents to the subject solicitation in the production of their proposals. After careful consideration of all submittals the FSDB Selection Committee has determined that three vendors are qualified to attend the Mandatory Pre-Response Meeting on April 27, 2026. The qualified vendors are as follows:

1. Baker Design Build
2. CGC, Inc.
3. Masci General Contractor Inc.

The following vendors submitted a pre-bid that was deficient:

1. Icon Construction Enterprise, LLC – The Qualifications and Experience was not complete as required in 4.4.2 Tab 1, section 4.4.2.3.
2. Tether, Inc – Submission was not in a sealed package, Five (5) copies of the original were not included, One (1) electronic version of the reply was not included, the Qualifications and Experience was not complete as required in 4.4.2 Tab 1, section 4.4.2.3.

The vendors may correct their deficiencies and resubmit by April 20, 2026, at 2:00PM to qualify for attendance at the Mandatory Pre-Response Meeting as noted in the Schedule of Events and Deadlines.
