Project: Housing rehab for a detached single sotry, single family dwelling Projecy Location: Baldwin Ave, Oroville, CA 95965 Project summary (may not be all inclusive/subject to change/RR = Remove/Replace RR existing roofing & some sheathing RR existing gutters/downspouts Misc electrical & support reparis/replacements at rooftop evap cooler RR main support beam at front porch Form/pour small concrete slab on grade RR ungrounded 3 prong receptables throughout dwelling/label subpanel breakers Correct substandard main electrical grounding Bathroom renovation RR existing NG water heater RR kitchen Formica countertops RR kitchen lighting/correct deficient wiring RR rot damaged interior window trim Prep/prime/paint all new exposed exterior components Class B contractors: 1. Will organize and coordinate all rehab construction work, installations, and subconractors , in conjunction with projecyand contract management and oversight by City. 2. Will need current general libility insurance coverage (min $1,000,000), and current Worker's Compensation insurance coverage as required by law. How to participate: 1.
