    PUBLIC NOTICE

    RFQ 2026-01 – Announcement of Short-Listed Firms

    Tallahassee State College hereby provides notice that, in accordance with RFQ 2026-01, the Selection Committee has completed its initial evaluation of responses and has identified the following firms as short-listed to proceed to the next phase of the selection process.

    Short-Listed Firms (listed in alphabetical order) 

    • BKJ, Inc. 
    • DAG Architects 
    • Fitzgerald Collaborative

    The next phase will consist of in-person presentations/interviews by the short-listed firms before the Selection Committee.

    This notice does not constitute an award. Final selection and contract negotiations (if applicable) will be conducted in accordance with the requirements of RFQ 2026-01.
