    Hamilton County’s Information Systems Services Department (“ISSD”) intends to build a resilient, standards compliant physical fiber run to the new Hamilton County Public Safety Training Center. In accordance with Ind. Code § 5-23-5, the Hamilton County ISSD invites any and all qualified developers to submit Proposals and Statements of Qualifications to enter into a public-private agreement to design, build, develop, operate, and transfer a physical fiber run (the “Project”) in order to fulfill essential utility needs for the County.
