Maryland Correctional Institution – Hagerstown (MCIH) Central Kitchen is a bulk food preparation operation that supports eight distinct correctional institutions across the Western and Central Maryland regions. A part of MCIH Central Kitchen production involves a cook/chill process, which requires a food-safe method to transfer cooked food from a large vessel into individual two-gallon bags for temperature control and distribution. This procurement aims to acquire a Pump Station to facilitate this transfer
