Bidders must be able to deliver as needed to storage tanks at the DPW Highway Division located at 28 Poplar St. and must be available to provide fuel at a site within a three (3) mile radius of the Gloucester Public Schools Bus Terminal located at the O’Maley School. The fuel site must be able to accommodate School buses.
