As such, CUNY has not established subcontracting goals for this Procurement. NYS Certified MWE's and SDVOB's are strongly encouraged to respond to this solicitation. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR CURRENT NYS MWBE/SDVOB CERTIFICATION WITH YOUR BID SUBMISSION. Any purchase that results from this advertisement shall be governed by the Terms and Conditions of this Advertisement (including, without limitation, any attached specifications and any Terms and Conditions attached or incorporated herein by reference with the same effect as it is written). The College reserves the right to request financial information, and references for projects of similar size, scope and complexity completed within the past three years from the bid submission date. Any purchase that results from this advertisement shall be goverened by the University's Standard Terms and Conditions, the resulting Purchase Order, and the standard Clauses for NYS Contracts (Appendix A).
