  The Fontana Unified School District is accepting electronic quote submissions. Vendors shall create a FREE account with OpenGov Procurement by signing up at https://procurement.opengov.com/signup. Once you have completed account registration, browse back to this page, click on "Submit Response", and follow the instructions to submit the electronic quote.

  Summary

  The Fontana Unified School District (FUSD) is seeking to purchase a total of six (6) vending machines, comprising three (3) snack vending machines and three (3) beverage vending machines. These machines will be installed across three (3) school campuses within the district. The vending machines must be equipped with a Point of Sale (POS) system that has access to cellular signals and allows students to use their student ID numbers to make purchases. The goal is to provide convenient and healthy snack and beverage options to students while ensuring a seamless and secure transaction process.

  Vendors are invited to submit quotes that meet the above specifications and requirements. Quotes should include detailed information on the vending machines, POS systems, service plans, and pricing. The Fontana Unified School District reserves the right to accept or reject any quote, and to purchase the vending machines from the vendor that best meets the needs of the district.
