Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District (“District”) will accept sealed bids for its Purisima Upland Cleanup Project (“Project”), by or before Wednesday June 24, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., at its Administrative Office, located at 5050 El Camino Real, Los Altos, California, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. General. Each Bid Proposal must be completed, using the form provided in the Contract Documents, signed, and submitted to District in a sealed envelope, with all required forms and attachments, by or before the date and time set forth in Section 1 of the Notice Inviting Bids, or as amended by subsequent addendum. Faxed or emailed Bid Proposals will not be accepted, unless otherwise specified. Late submissions will be returned unopened. District reserves the right to postpone the date or time for receiving or opening bids. Each bidder is solely responsible for all of its costs to prepare and submit its bid and by submitting a bid waives any right to recover those costs from District.
