    Engineer's Estimate: $425,000.00 Project Description: Provide all labor, equipment, tools, material, transportation, and incidentals necessary to safely vibrate three (3) 40’ Caissons, three (3) bolt-on pole bases, and three (3) pole tops. All work is to be coordinated and is anticipated to be accomplished over several nights. The District will provide traffic control and flaggers. District line crews will bolt down bases and perform any hardware work on the poles. The location of the work on the Camano Island Line on the north side of SR-532, near Davis Slough, on Camano Island, in Island County, Washington. All requests for clarification or additional information regarding this RFP must be submitted to the District via e-mail to bids@snopud.com. The District will not guarantee responses to questions received via other forms of communication (phone, voicemail, text, IM, etc.). Do not submit questions via Public Purchase.
