    Engineer's Estimate: $250,000 (excluding tax) Deadline for Questions: Friday, May 22, 2026, by 2pm and submit to Bids@snopud.com Responses to Questions Posted: on or before Tuesday, June 2, 2026, by 4:30pm Project Description: Provide all labor, equipment, tools, material, transportation, and incidentals necessary to safely vibrate three (3) 40’ Caissons, three (3) bolt-on pole bases, and three (3) pole tops. All work is to be coordinated and is anticipated to be accomplished within a two to three-day period during nighttime conditions per the permit. The District will provide traffic control and flaggers. District line crews will bolt down bases and perform any hardware work on the poles. The location of the work on the Camano Island Line on the north side of SR-532, near Davis Slough, on Camano Island, in Island County, Washington. All requests for clarification or additional information regarding this RFP must be submitted to the District via e-mail to Bids@snopud.com by the date noted in Tentative Schedule. The District will not guarantee responses to questions received via other forms of communication (phone, voicemail, text, IM, etc.). Do not submit questions via Public Purchase.
