    Engineer's Estimate: $450,000.00 Deadline for Substitutions: Friday, May 15, 2026, by 2:00pm and submit to Bids@snopud.com Deadline for Questions: Friday, May 15, 2026, by 2:00 pm and submit to Bids@snopud.com Responses to Questions Posted: on or before Wednesday, May 20, 2026, by 2:00pm Project Description: This contract work consists of providing all labor, materials and equipment necessary for demolition and removal of existing concrete pits and slabs associated with the current vehicle lift installations within the Vehicle Maintenance Building, and the construction of two (2) new equipment pits to accommodate new lift installations. The work also includes the excavation, removal, handling, and off-site disposal of petroleum-contaminated soils encountered during excavation, as required. Disposal shall be at the District’s designated disposal vendor located in Seattle. Clean backfill shall be provided and placed on an as-needed basis following removal of contaminated materials. The work is located at 1802 75th ST SW, Everett, WA 98203, in Snohomish County, Washington. All requests for clarification or additional information regarding this ITB must be submitted to the District via e-mail to bids@snopud.com. The District will not guarantee responses to questions received via other forms of communication (phone, voicemail, text, IM, etc.). Do not submit questions via Public Purchase.
