The work also includes the excavation, removal, handling, and off-site disposal of petroleum-contaminated soils encountered during excavation, as required. Disposal shall be at the District’s designated disposal vendor located in Seattle. Clean backfill shall be provided and placed on an as-needed basis following removal of contaminated materials. The work is located at 1802 75th ST SW, Everett, WA 98203, in Snohomish County, Washington. All requests for clarification or additional information regarding this ITB must be submitted to the District via e-mail to bids@snopud.com. The District will not guarantee responses to questions received via other forms of communication (phone, voicemail, text, IM, etc.). Do not submit questions via Public Purchase.
